Yes, you certainly can. At Unplgd, we design your home as well as build it! We work with you to design your ideal home, from the layout to the finishes. Please contact one of our team members for more information.

At Unplgd, we build various width tiny homes, and often get requests for 3m wide for a more spacious and practical living solution. These homes are still built on 2.4m wide trailers and require a ‘wide load’ sign and flags whilst travelling on the road. It’s that simple. To put it in a nutshell, they are moveable dwellings on a registerable trailer!

Absolutely. Unplgd Tiny Homes build completed homes that are fully plumbed and wired for you to attach to your water and electrical source. Whether that is mains or off grid options like a tank and solar power. Please contact one of our team members for more information.

Your home can be designed on skids. If you decide your situation requires the home to be on skids rather than wheels, then your home gets delivered to site on a tilt-tray truck rather than towed behind a truck.  Please contact one of our team members if you have further questions relating to this.

No, as long as your trailer is registerable (with a VIN number) it doesn’t have to be registered. Please contact one of our team members for more information.

Yes, Unplgd can build twin loft tiny homes. We also have models with up to 3 bedrooms. We design your home with you, going through all your questions and answering them to the best of our ability. If you need a home with twin lofts, then that’s what we build. If you need all single level (no stairs) and 2 bedrooms, we can do that too. Yes you can purchase a Tiny Home shell or frame and trailer from us. If you love being hands on or want to spread out your budget, a ‘lockup’ option is perfect for you. We can also build to various stages of completion between lockup and turnkey (turnkey being when the home is fully complete and ready to move into) if there are specific bits of your home you would like to do yourself. YES! We specialize in off-grid solutions and solar setups, see Sunplgd. Solar Solutions for more info! Solar is an optional extra that we can quote you on depending on the size and requirements of the Tiny Home. We can design your system to cover your specific electrical usage requirements, or you can go with our standard size system designed for most tiny homes. Our solar is popular on our Sunplgd trailer, but it can be put on the roof of your home, a pole or skids.  Please contact one of our team members for more information.
