Our Build Process
Incubation We start with a structured design phase that removes the overwhelm. Over a 4 week series of guided design meetings, we combine your ideas with our styling and design expertise to finalise your layout, colours, and key details. We create a personalized moodboards, use our design configurator to tailor your dreams, and turn it all into architectural drawings and final sign-offs... so everything is locked in and ready for your build to begin.
NestingOnce the plans are set, our team gets busy in the factory. You'll see you home come to life stage by stage - from frame , to fit-out, to finishes. Along the way, you will have a dedicated direct line to our team via a private video walkthroughs and updates at all stages, so you'll feel part of the build without having to lift a hammer.
Taking FlightThe day arrives: delivery! We organize transport, make sure your site is ready, and hand over the keys. You'll step inside knowing every detail has been cared for, and that this home is truly yours. We'll celebrate alongside you - but our support doesn't stop there. We are always just a call away, and your home is backed by our 15 year structural warranty for long term peace of mind.
